Hung Quoc Do

A professional licensed civil engineer with 16 year experience, Hung was founder of SEAPE in 2007 where office established in Denver, Colorado, U.S.A.
Hung was born and went to high school in Da Nang, Vietnam. Continue his high school and University of Colorado at Denver, he then worked 9 years as designer and project manager in the infrastructures and land development and another 5 years as roadway engineer and manager in the highways/transportation working mainly with CDOT’s projects. Hung returned to Vietnam in 2011, worked as Project Director overseeing various industrial design-build projects invested by Japanese clients. Hung has combined extensive experiences including Design Management, Project-Construction Management, Contract Management, and Bidding Specialist.
In 2013, after gaining an enriching experience, challenge, and fascination in Asia, Hung collaborated with global and local professional engineers to devote sustainable solutions, value engineering, and Building Information Modeling to projects and clients not only in U.S.A. but Vietnam and Southeast Asia region as his long-term goal.
Sau Ngoc Pham

Sau was born in Quang Ngai, Vietnam. Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, Sau then became instructor for the same university and has been teaching in the field of hydrology, hydraulic, water supply, transportation, at the same time he was design leader for several new urban development and rehabilitation projects involving from master planning to technical design stage.
From 2009, Sau participated in more complex and larger scale projects invested by both local and foreign clients. As highlight projects, he was design team leader for the Happy Land Amusement Theme Park in 2011, and as leading engineer responsible for storm drainage and water supply design of Tay Ho Tay, 200 hectares, new Urban Development in Ha Noi, Vietnam, in 2013, Korean client.
In 2013, Sau became co-founder of SEAPE Vietnam. With years of Civil3D teaching experience in university and local corporate trainings, Sau’s vision is to take advantages of technologies from both Autodesk and Bentley products to develop and enrich the BIM for infrastructure to the highways, transportation, and urban development field.
Today, Sau has written 2 volumes of Autocad Civil3D book title “Grading for Surface Run-Off, and Roadway and Intersection Designs”.
He’s passionate about BIM infrastructure and continues developing and learning techniques and technology to incorporate them to practical designs.
Bay Ngoc Pham
Co-Founder - Technical Director

Bay was born in Quang Ngai, Vietnam. Graduated from University of transport and communications, campus II, in 2008, Bay then became instructor for the same university and has been teaching since then in the field of underpass, tunnels, bridges, at the same time he was design leader for several new construction and rehabilitation highway projects involving from master planning to technical design stage.
From 2010, Bay participated in projects invested by both local and foreign Owners. He was structural design team leader responsible for storm culverts design of Tay Ho Tay, 200 hectares, new Urban Development in Ha Noi, Vietnam, in 2013, Korean client. Besides, he was also design team leader and assessor for various local projects involving retaining walls, underpass tunnels, river embankment, and pedestrian to multiple spans large bridges.
Bay’s daily dedication is to researching and developing BIM for highways and bridge to incorporate them to practical designs.
